Number issue

My daughters number has ported over the EE but when she sends an SMS it brings up the number that was originally on the Sim. Ringing her is fine on her number and Whatsapp etc. its just when she sends an SMS

Number transfer - still waiting after a week

I moved to EE from Vodafone over a week ago. I entered the PAC in the EE website which was accepted during the sign up. Since then it has not transferred. Turning off and on again has made no difference. When will the transfer happen?
