New sim not working

Hi all, does anyone have a solution for my current predicament?

so i recently upgraded my phone and instead of using my physical SIM i set up an eSIM, the eSIM gave me no service so i reverted back to my physical SIM. 

in doing so my physical SIM deactivated so it wouldn't work. Ive had a replacement SIM arrive today which isn't activated and can only be activated via my old SIM…

I cant ring EE due to not having a SIM card and i cant find a chat box on EE to try and talk to someone online about it.
