I bought a PAYG online and keep my old number from LEBARA, since last Thursday I recieve the pack. The old number not working anymore, while my old number still not been transferred to ee, I could not receive any message from old number, try to contact online conversation at EE help centre everyday, they just promise the next day will happen but not working at all. I am so tired of it. This such a long time and no one actually help me. Now I feel regretful about the transfer. Bring my old number back......😡
