I can`t receive calls and text

Hello,
I have activated my SIM card and completed the identity verification process, but I am not receiving any SMS messages or phone calls. Because of this, I am unable to receive the verification code needed to create a Google account.
Please check and resolve the issue with not receiving messages and calls.

Is this a new PAYG SIM? If so, receipt of SMS is not enabled until your first top-up.

This is a public forum with no account access, but when did you port your number over to EE? It could be that the porting has not finished as porting is not done over the weekend, which I take you ported your number over with a PAC code.

but it does not allow me to call

@Raha1944 , have you actually ported your number over or was it a new number on pay as you go? Then you would have to add credit, which you can do here:

A port started on Friday should complete on Friday.

Port-ins should complete on the same day they're started.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I just paid but I still don't receive SMS and I can't install WhatsApp or anything else that needs to receive SMS. I'm in Istanbul.
