sim wont work in my new iphone 16 pro

Resolved! Cancelling mobile data SIM

I have never come across a company as bad as EE in my 59 years - can’t email or chat to them. If you want to cancel you must call them which is what I have been trying to do for several days but nobody ever answers and it’s 1hr, 45 mins wait etc etc ...
