Hi I’ve just activated my daughters eSIM from my EE account ( using my daughters mobile number) but the eSIM has activated to my phone instead of hers

any ideas please as she hasn’t had any access since having a new phone in December.

If you download the EE App on her device and sign in -  this should allow it to be downloaded to it. I would not delete the eSIM from your phone until it is up and running on her device - it will likely need to receive a one-time passcode. Activating it on her device will then deactivate it on your device.

It should be under an option named similarly to "Replace your SIM/eSIM". I would provide step-by-step instructions however the App is currently down for maintenance for me.
