Resolved! Esim not transferred on upgrade !

i upgraded tp the Samsung S25 ULtra 356 Gb after i had been into an ee Shop to talk agbout an Esim the new device was delivered next day but i an unable to get the esim online - the physical sim was swapped into new device and now i get an Error code...
