I lost my phone which had my sim in. I now have a replacement device with replacement sim. I have no phone to call to get it activated what should I do?

I went through the app chatroom and got a new activated sim sent which should resolve. Thanks

@TLempriere , you will have to call them to activate it, either by using another phone if you cannot get a signal with your phone or by using a web based app or if you know someone, you can use their phone to ring customer service for free and press option 2 to speak to one of the guides. What @LordMasterNGBD has written, I would say do not take that person up on it, unless you know him and trust him, not sure that would work, as you would need to get it activated, or go to a high street store to get it activated.

You can make the relevant call from any working phone, it need not be an EE one or even a mobile. Perhaps you can borrow a friend or relative's phone?
