eSIM Setup

Im trying to set up my new E sim which I have the QR code for. I have scanned it and it says it will text me a code. However, because the eSIM is not set up I cant receive any texts for this confirmation code, nor can i ring EE, WIFI calling doesn't seem to work when contacting EE either. Any ideas as to how to set this up?

The quickest way to get this resolved would be to pop into one of our stores with photo ID, and they can get this sorted, or you can give our team a call.
