this is a joke I ordered a replacement SIM card which I needed asap and is very important because the app said it was aimed to come within 2 days so it saved me going the shop I have waited over a week and it still hasn’t come and EE haven’t sent me any sort of message or tracking number at all just left me what even is this how hard is it to just send a sim out with a tracking number and not lie about the estimated delivery time?

@195264961 You don’t get a tracking number as SIM cards are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail. To order online/via the app you are sent a message to confirm that replacement but if your original Sim is broken you obviously don’t get this text message if your sim is broken so you could not confirm that order. So I very much doubt a sim has even been posted to you. If your sim is broken you have to call customer services to request a replacement.
