Resolved! Transfer old phone number

I was assured by my previous provider Plusnet that my old number would be transferred to my new provider EE . After reading info given it said allow 24 hours and your old number will be active but this is not the case. What should I do. Not a very go...

Hello. From Saturday I am waiting for the number to be transferred from Virgin to your network. It's been over 48 hours and my number is still on Virgin. Please help.

BT to EE. Sim not provisioned for voice
