I have the same issue. My new sim card arrived yesterday, But if I put in the new sim card no one will be able to contact me as they don't know this new number. I am still using my old Plusnet sim card but, presumably, the new card needs to be insert...

Sim activation

I am switching from Plusnet to EE on a pay monthly account. I have fitted the new sim form EE in my phone and tried over and over again to activate it with no success. it just does not seem to recognise the EE number.

Have the same problem coming to EE from O2. Signed a contract 4 days ago. Took over 24 hours for my number to port across. A further 24 hours later I still can’t call or receive texts. Very frustrating experience and now apparently I have to phone EE...

Number transfer not

Hi I’ve changed my sim from giffgaff to EE and I’ve did the transfer number with my pac code but it’s not working

How come getting a new sim due to the old one failing can't just be a simple swap then everytime I actually need to use the ee app or online its down ive been almost a week with no signal on my phone except when on WiFi and now I can't even Register ...
