SIM CARD

Hi, ive just been delivered my new phone but with no sim card with it. They specifically said that they would send me one with the phone. So when will it turn up as i now cant ring to get in touch with anyone?

 

Don't have the old sim as phone was broken/stolen so that's why they said i would get a new one

Thanks for coming here. 

If you get in touch with our customer care team they can check the replacement SIM card is on it's way if this was not in the box, or to get the SIM card sooner you can visit an EE Store with photo ID and the store can register a replacement SIM for you.

What is the reason for your new phone?

If this is an upgrade phone, does your existing working SIM fit in your new phone? There's no need to change your SIM if your existing one works and fits an upgrade phone.

My old phone was stolen so i dont have the old sim
