Got my sim las Friday ( it’s now Weds)
I was told put new sim in, make one call, they you put old sim in until it stops working.
now it’s Wed, the change has not happened.
I phoned EE, it took an hour to get through, eventually he couLd not help and transferred me to tech support where I got no answer.
how on earth can I get enough to someone who can help.
I am already regretting EE
