My partner recently got a new phone and has got the PAC code to keep her number from O2. Everything is working fine but she has put the old SIM card into the new phone will this be a issue or will everything be allright? As her old phone has the EE SIM card that the new iPhone came with in it.

Hello @Eliseallison4.
Has your partner provided EE with the PAC code?
What SIM has been placed into the new phone is it the O2 SIM? if yes, we recommend using the EE SIM and the temporary number provided until the number port has completed.

Hello!
Thankyou for the fast response, she originally put the o2 sum in the new phone but has switched it over to the EE sun that came with the new phone now as the PAC code was allready sent so she could keep her old number.
so she should keep the EE sim in the phone and then it will go onto her same number she had then?

Has she provided the PAC to us to transfer the number to the EE SIM card?
The EE SIM card is the one she will need to use, once the number has transferred the other network SIM will be deactivated 🙂
Leanne.
