It seems that because i have two numbers on my account ( for over 5 years) it's proving difficult via the ee app to get my pac code!
It says go to switching on the app yet no such option exists.
Seems a real rip off they make it so impossible. No.links on being able to do it. I meant to do this years ago but never got around to it as was so difficult. Corporate scamming..

Go to Profile in the top right > Settings and Permissions > Leave EE.
Alternatively on the website you can go to Plans & Subscriptions > Manage Mobile and scroll down to the bottom for "Switching to a new provider".

Is that when you're doing it through the App or Website, or is it happening with both?

That's through the app. I also tried getting PAC on phone line, after 50 mins the call disconnected...

Also still get same error when trying to cancel. How desperate for my business are they!

Have you tried doing it through the Website using the advice above?

Unsurprisingly there's no option (can find) to get the pac number on the website. Totally different menu.

Wow. just found the way to do it. It still says the same thing. Not working! This must be illegal!

Hi @davidjac
I am sorry this is not working for you when trying to get the PAC in your online account.
To get this looked into and get the PAC sent to you, please get in touch with our mobile guides. They will be happy to help.
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.
