It has been 24hrs and despite of multiple calls and chat sessions my number porting has not been completed. I have downloaded new esims and restarted my phone. I was promised it would done by 6pm then by midnight and it’s now the next day and I’m still waiting. My first experience with EE has been frustrating and I regret that I decided to move to them. I rely on my phone number for work and despite following the process and giving all the information required way before 5:30pm the day before porting the results are poor.
