Resolved! Sim card

Hello I ordered a replacement sim card on the 11th and has still not turned up, I can't track as iv not received a tracking/reference number? Don't want to cancel and re order incase its on its way

I tried to set up my eSIM on my new phone but now it looks like my sim is blocked. I can’t phone or text EE for support 

sim activation

EE keep asking me to activate my sim. The phone seems to work so why? Activation goes wrong on EE website.

Resolved! T-mobile sim

I have an old t-mobile payg sim in a home security system, which has recently stopped working, It still has credit, but will now only receive texts and no longer  send text alerts.Is it still possible to transfer the number to an ee payg sim?

Number changed in 30 seconds

Excellent service by EE, luckily I got EE Pay as you go VIP type of easy to remember number and then I called 150 to put this number to my pay monthly number as replacement and they changed my number in 30 seconds wow
