iPad Air M2 mobile data issue

Hii have just purchased 2 iPad Air M2. I’ve been sent physical sims but the device is eSIM only. EE have sent replacement eSIM however to activate they are still sending a pin to the number which doesn’t have service. What can I do??

Inactive sim

hello, i bought new phone from EE and wanted to transfer the datas from my old phone but it was failed, now i can’t use my sim card in any of my phones, what should i do? thanks for your help
