Hello I ordered a replacement sim card on the 11th and has still not turned up, I can't track as iv not received a tracking/reference number? Don't want to cancel and re order incase its on its way

I would expect the replacement SIM to be with you by now if you ordered it on the 11th.
I'd advise ordering another with our customer service team or heading into your local EE store and picking one up over the counter.

There won't be any tracking info. SIMs are sent by 2nd Class post.

OK thank you for your reply, it's only it said 1 to 2 working days is all, I'll wait few more days, thanks again
