Please I have a 4G EE mobile WiFi that comes with customized SIM card from UK. And it has expired and when I put a Nigeria SIM card on it, it shows SIM lock, what should I do to unlock it to be able to use another SIM card on it

Samsung S25 ultra

Got the Samsung S25 ultra today and took my SIM card out of S24 ultra and  placed in to S25 it's saying no SIM card detected in the S25 but works grand in the S24 any ideas what's wrong and has anyone had the same issue
