Sim activation

I activated my replacement SIM yesterday afternoon (Sunday) and I still haven’t been reconnected more than 24 hrs later.  Does it always take longer after the weekend?  I have dusted the SIM and switched the phone on and off multiple times. I have a telephone meeting tomorrow so getting anxious now.  Thanks

Any new SIM cards after activation should be working within 24 hours. 

How did you activate this, was it online?
