Moving from ID mobile to EE

Hello, yesterday I got my EE sim card and provided my PAC code and I got a text saying “Thanks, the port in is all set up and will take place by 6pm on 09-09-2024” Does it really take this long? On the website says 24 hours. Thank you 

Call issue after porting

After having my old number ported to EE I can no longer make or receive calls - even through Wi-Fi calling. Texting seems to be ok. Therefore cannot call 150 to get the issue sorted
