Moved to EE from Giff Gaff

Hello ,

 

I transferred my number from Giff Gaff. I received a text it was supposed to be completed within 2nd of June 6pm. I didn't receive any confirmation. I can make calls and send text with my old number on the EE SIM but I can't receive calls or texts. Also on the EE portal the number has been updated successfully but still can't receive anything.

If you've not received text confirmation of "port-in complete", you should contact EE-CS on 150.

They have access to your individual account and can advise further.
