Post Port Sim not working - pdp data error.

I bought a new iPhone 15 in late November. Number ported from Giff Gaff and since then there has been no mobile service. Multiple calls with tech team and told unable to do anything without a password so I went to the store with id. They changed the sim but still the same problem. Tech team still won’t offer support without password. Can’t cancel without password. Shocking service. Any ideas on whether this can be fixed without visiting the store. Calls out always fail - Number does not exist. Calls in go to EE voicemail. SMS always fails. Apple services work when connected to WiFi

Looks like your number may not have ported over properly. Check my signature for ways to ring customer service and after pressing 1, press 2 and you should get through to someone.
