@Mumblesgirl it’ll take up to 24 hours for your EE SIM card to activate and if you are migrating your number over from Vodafone to EE, this will commence after the EE SIM card activated and will take up to 24 hours. This will not happen over the weekend as number migrations do not happen at the weekend.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Mumblesgirl , do you still have your Vodafone SIM card and is that still active? You will receive a message from EE once transfer is complete and you will then lose the connection from Vodafone.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

The correct timescale is "the following working day" from the PAC being submitted or the SIM being activated.

Online orders of new SIMs where the PAC is provided, hold the PAC in pending until the SIM is first activated - at which point the PAC is submitted for port-in the working day after.

When a PAC is submitted on an existing working SIM, the port-in is normally set for the following working day.
