Hi 

I transfer my Lyca number to EE for contact on 25th and I still haven’t receive a text , have turn my phone on and off for 5 times. Still the same thing and I don’t know what’s happening, I have called 150 and didn’t help aswell

@Jessica541  When you called customer support did you actually speak to someone?  As your number should have migrated within 24h. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Port-ins are normally completed within one working day of a PAC being submitted - on weekends & bank holidays this will be longer than 24hours.

Yes , everything by word but except the text still not received

Thanks for visiting the EE Community 

In your last reply did you mean everything is working ok, you can call, text and use data etc, you just have not received a text confirming the number transfer has complete? Or is it you cannot receive any texts?
