Sim saying not registered on network

Have you recently made any changes such as upgrading?

Does this error show in multiple locations?

No when I open simcard tray and put sim in it says not registering on a network I try it manually and it says unable to connect try again later. The sim is recently new about two weeks old. When I put another eay as you go sim in it it works fine but connects to 02 network.

Has the SIM ever worked OK in this device?

Could it be locked to another network?
