Number change gone wrong

Hello,

just yesterday I requested a number change for one of my contracts as I have been getting too many calls from people and wanted the number changed however, I have two contracts on my account one sim only and one device and the advisor changed the number for the wrong contract, I have been contacting ee to get that number changed back to what it was however I have been told it might not be able to do,

please can someone help with this as that is a really important number and I need it back,

any tips or things I can do to recover that number as it was the ee advisors fault for changing the wrong number even though I specified and confirmed like 5 times?

You have done the right thing contacting our customer care team to let them know and see what can be done to help you with this number. 

The team will be doing everything they can to help get this sorted.
