Hello, I’m trying to transfer my old plusnet number but when I put my PAC code it says it’s invalid. I got it only week ago so it’s valid.

So I’ve recently upgraded plans on EE. I received a new sim yesterday with a new number. BUT I would like to keep my old number? How do I transfer my old EE number? There are only instructions for transferring from a different provider?
