eSIM not provisioned

Hi.I'm trying to get an eSIM on a Flip 3 via scanning a QR code from another device. It downloaded to the desired phone but shows 'SIM not provisioned.' Any help gratefully received. ThanksDave

Exactly same has happened to me  so now stuffed as i have activated new sim in an attempt to get it to work and old sim now longer worksAll i need is activation code but website not providing it time to ditch
