I have a pac code from Vodafone but want to remain with Vodafone while on holiday as current sim covers free use in USA. I need the EE sim to start from 2nd or 3rd oct. Will I be able to order an ee sim online while in usa? Will it be charged from the order date or delivery date? Will I be able to add pac code into online order or do I need to wait until I’m back in uk to contact them? I need it all done before 6/10 as pac code runs out and I’m not back in uk until 2/10. Should I order a few days before to allow delivery time so it’s waiting on me at home? Please help

Hi @Ali474,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Yes, you'll be able to place an order from anywhere your have an internet connection.
Your plan will start when your SIM card is delivered.
SIM cards can take 2-5 working days to be delivered so I'd recommend allowing plenty of time before your PAC code expires.

If I order a sim now can I wait to give you the pac code? Can this be added a couple of weeks after I receive new sim or will it be too late?
does it matter if new sim contract and pac code are different names?
If I buy a low data no frills sim can I gift data to it from another plan?

@Ali474 you can transfer a number over any time you like just call customer services to do this. . You cannot gift data to, or from a no-frills tariff.
