i have replace a pay as you go sim card order for one week ago and still have not received a delivery

Do you live near an EE Store?

If you have not received your replacement SIM and need this ASAP you can visit the store with photo ID and pick up your SIM.

Finally received it's. But when I put in Sim card on, it didn't work. Then I called customer service and them asked my mobile phone model, imei number and... but still can't be fixed directly and just told me to waiting. So, how long will I need to wait and what I can do now?? help me, please.

Did the team advise what was needed to get the SIM card working for you? 

Does the SIM work in any other phone?

Them just told me to wait 24 hour. But now,it's over 24 hours already, and my sim network still can't connect. No working. So, what can I do now??

Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if signal shows?

Didn't try at all. But I have a signal show on my phone. The network is not connected. it's not working at all.

If signal is showing, what happens if you call 150? @mai19 

Have you restarted the phone?

Them asked about sim and my phone details, then told me to wait 24 hours. 

I'm restarted my phone many times already, but network still not connected.
