I just renewed my contract (handset arrived today), but havent got a new sim card. Am i right in guessing these are sent separately for security purposes, or do i just use my old one??

I just upgraded from iPhone 12 to 13 and on an e-sim. I haven’t received a QR code and cannot set up mobile service. The EE app is currently down too so I am unable to do it through the app. any suggestions??thank you!

Sim card

I have my phone currently being repaired but having to use an old phone, I have put my sim card in but it keeps telling me there's no network, never had this before and not sure how to solve it!
