Welcome to the community.

The number usually transfers the following working day from when you activate the EE SIM cards. The old SIM cards with BT shouldn't switch off until your number ports to EE.

I rang BT regarding upgrading my broadband,was talked into transferring my 2 sim only to EE,advised sim cards would arrive with the code already in to transfer my number.Cards arrived put into mobile,Email received from BT advising they are cancelling my package with them but despite 3 calls to EE looking like I am going to end up with no service

It took over 80 hours and endless calls to BT as either couldn't get through to EE or given incorrect information

Yes it has but wish I'd stayed with BT, feel miss sold, so far have found EE customer service almost none existent
