Need a blank sim

I was in a hospital at homerton for I month with a stroke and I missed place my phone this was the number *********** and every thing was on that phone so I need a blank sim card so I can have all the information  back my address is ***** ****** ***** pls send me a new sim pls asap thank you

Welcome to the community. 

I'm really sorry to hear about your stroke, I hope you're feeling better and recovering well.

Our Mobile Care team will be able to replace the SIM card and send it to your address if you get in touch with them. It depends on what kind of phone it was and how the information was backed up as to whether they'll be able to help you get the information back.
