hi ! I bought I uk sim , I tried to activated in Italy (where I m now ) I bought I subriscion packet .. but is still not working . I can’t call or send text … but I received text . Please can you help me ?

Hi.. just got the sim from eye. Added pac code and text received saying that it will be done by 6pm on 18/07… which is nearly a month way. Does it normally take that long ?

Number port

Transferred to EE on Monday, number has ported over (received text to say its complete), however when I text someone it's the ee sim number and not my own but it is Transferred on phonecalls. Any ideas , thanks .
