Not receiving Amazon OTP codes

Hi.  Since porting to EE I have stopped receiving Amazon OTP codes.  I have received OTPs from other suppliers such as PayPal. But only once in 100+ attempts have I received an Amazon OPT text or call.  I can see other people have had this same issue...
