Porting from Plusnet not working yet

Starting a new thread.

Signed up to switch on Friday last week. SIM landed Saturday (well done). Text for Port said should be done by 28/10/23 which is ridiculous. Wife's number ported Monday (Despite similar text). I do not have the will to spend more time on hold, on 150 (with the non calming high energy music).

Been a very frustrating start.

I've put the new SIM back into my phone to wake the EE systems to my presence... in the hope it will simply stop working for a very brief period?
