Activating replacement sim

Hi I can’t activate my replacement sim as it keeps sending me a code to my phone number but as my old sim doesn’t work I can’t recieve the text and provide the code. I can’t recieve calls or texts till the sim is activated so is there any other way to receive a code?

If you didn't order a pre-activated SIM (these are sent automatically when reporting a lost, stolen or damaged SIM) and your old SIM isn't working, please get in touch with Customer Care to activate it.

They'll be happy to help. 🙂

What was the reason for replacing your SIM?

If it was a lost, stolen or damaged replacement, it will be pre-activated. If you ordered a replacement online because you needed a different size, you'll need to activate it at Activate your SIM (ee.co.uk).
