Hi please I tried inserting the new replacement sim on my phone and it's saying Sim not provisioned, please what can I do. Thank you

Hi James I have just called them from another phone and the issue has been rectified. Thank you so much for your input

@gift11  Have you tried restarting the device?

What was the reason for the replacement @gift11?

If you ordered a replacement online because you needed a different size, you'll need to activate it at Activate your SIM (ee.co.uk). If it was a lost, stolen or damaged replacement, it should be pre-activated.

It was for replacement for a lost Sim, I'm surprised why it's not working
