Wrong request

I mistakenly requested a new sim with ee with the same number. Unfortunately it's impossible to get in touch with them to cancel it now, how can i do to cancel my request before they disable my current sim?

Can you get any of the sim only plans from EE as an ESIM or is there a specific ESIM plan? I keep looking for an ESIM under their products but I can’t find one.
