Resolved! PAC code

My contract ends on 13th April.  When should I use the PAC code request to change providers as I am confused over the 30 days notice period.

myself and my husband have just renewed our contracts with EE. We both want to keep our numbers but today a sim has come through the post. do we just dispose of this?

Transfer from BT - Number not ported

We have been transferred to EE from BT. The new sim arrived on Saturday yet the BT phone number has not been ported over yet and it is now Monday and we need the old BT number. When will the number be ported over?

Resolved! Phone cancelled

Phone has been cancelled. I need to request a PAC to keep the same number if possible with a different network.

No service

I have lost my service completely for no reason. Also my new SIM card can’t be used. My iPhone 6plus doesn’t have a sim tray just two holes side by side?? Help please
