Was your phone purchased direct with EE?

If yes, then our customer care team will be able to provide you with your device IMEI number.

@stellailiewa98  The IMEI number is also on the box the device came in. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
