New sim card activation

I have just joined ee and set up an account,  but it wont link to my new number keeps saying error, and can't activate new sim card

Have you topped up and activated the SIM card by making calls and sending texts?

Hi, I purchased it with £10 credit, can't activate it, it keeps saying errors, can't make calls or texts, it says no credit but I have the invoice and £10 has been taken from my account

Can you text BALANCE to 150, does the text send? 

If so, what is the full reply?

Hi I have text 150 and it has activated the sim, but now I can't link it to my account, I have tried this many times and says this

OK, thanks @Matt2810. Activating the SIM should allow you to link the account. Could you give it a try this morning please?

OK, thanks @Matt2810. I think it will be best if you speak to our Mobile Care team so that they can link the account manually for you.

Hi thanks for trying to help, but I have had nothing but issues since moving accross to ee, so going to cancel my sim and find another network supllier
