  • Hi I am currently abroad and was told my eSIM would be activated 24 hrs after speaking to one of your advisers. 
    I have turned phone on and off but still no service

We do recommend being the in the UK using the EE network to activate any SIM. 

Do you have a physical SIM with you?

Hi Katie 

I do not have a physical sim with me,

I told the person on the end of the phone I was going abroad. 

I only arrive abroad 3 hours ago as well. 
is there anything that can be done as I currently don’t have a phone and I am away working for at least 2 weeks. 
I have been a loyal customer since you were Hutchinson Telecom , I know the eSIM could have been activated straight away as well. 
please help

a SIM can take up to 24 hours to activate. 

Did you download your eSIM?

Have you activated roaming on your account by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK?

I did download eSIM and activate roaming before leaving the uk

The eSIM was activated over 24 hours ago by one of you customer service people
