  • Hi I am currently abroad and was told my eSIM would be activated 24 hrs after speaking to one of your advisers. 
    I have turned phone on and off but still no service

Hi @Turbosoundman,

Sorry, it isn't possible to complete the activation of a new SIM away from the EE network in the UK.
