Resolved! Not registered on network

I've taken my sim out and inserted it in a new phone, still doesn't work.Called ee and automated response said my number does not exist but calls can only be made through WhatsApp.Need to fix this in order to revieve texts!Please help @XRaySpeX

How long does it take EE to Port my BT number? Why is it impossible to talk to a human? I am fed up with EE after only one day.

Reinsert sim to keep using iMessage and FaceTime

Move 4 sims from Bt to EE, rest of family has worked fine but my number in settings is showing new mobile number and I’ve now received message saying my old phone number will expire in 5 days - reinsert the sim to keep using this number with iMessage...
