EE App

I have just got my number ported from o2 to EE and linked my number to the app it shows on the website but not the app i don’t know what this could be as i’m new to EE any help would be good

Activate

I can't activate my sim card since I don't know the phone number, it doesn't come anywhere printed I need to change from another company to this one and I already have the pac but it doesn't help me if I don't have my number ee activated
