Sim not working

MY sim is not working although account in credit I require a replacement sim how do I order to be delivered to my UK account I am on extended trip outside UK and contact EE is impossibly hard

Switching a SIM card to a new phone

I have just bought a Galaxy S23 & switched my existing EE Sim from an old Galaxy phone.  All ok except I cannot access phone network. I get a message saying "Not registered on the Network". How do I solve this?
