Is the a SIM passcode you have set up?
Have you tried the default 1111?

I think it is one I put in myself, and now can't remember. I haven't tried 1111 yet... I only have one chance remaining.

Sorry we would not know what the SIM password has been changed to, if this is entered too many times you will need a PUK code which can be found in your EE online account.
