I lost my sim on 6th April. I called you that day and you ensured that I will get the sim on 7/8th April on my home address with the same Mobile number.

Hi @Manoj_1996 

SIM cards are sent by Royal Mail and can take 2-5 working days to arrive. 

If you don't have the SIM after this time, please call us and the team will get the replacement SIM looked into, or you can visit an EE Store with photo ID and be given a replacement SIM.
