I ordered replacement SIM 5 days before through EE app.but still Iam not received.my address are correct.what I do

@dinakaran898 If your current sim isn’t working you’ll not receive the code that’s sent that you have to use. If your current sim is faulty and not working you have to call customer services from a different phone to request a replacement or go to a EE store with in date phone ID to request a replacement there. The request via the app is for when you need a new sim because your current sim doesn’t fit a new device that you’ve got but is still working.

I am received mail from EE when I ordered replacement SIM.it says thanks for your order.And you will get your replacement SIM within 2-5 working days.but after that Iam not receiving any emails about status of order from EE and Royal mail as well.

SIM orders are sent by post with no tracking. They can take up to 5 working days.
If you have not received the SIM by the end of the week please call us and the team will check this for you. You can also request a replacement SIM card in an EE store if you take photo ID.
