Resolved! Not receiving otp after switching to EE

I'm not getting otp since I port from lycamobile to ee... I've spent 2 days calling the customer care and spoken to 8 people. Please if it's not working, how do I get back to my lycamobile please. This is really frustrating

Just now i hi switch my physical Sim to eSIM by EE apps after that I can activate my eSIM by using you QR code as well as my physical SIM didn’t work right now it shows that no service and if I go back to my EE app then if I try to activate my eSIM, ...

Transfer number

Hello, I’ve just put my new SIM card in my phone but I have a different number even though I entered my PAC code while ordering. Does it take some time for my old number to transfer? Thanks, Tia
